Lord, let me see the world objectively,
Without all the judgments that keep me from seeing the good that is there.
Let me see the Good that each soul brings and the blessings of that love.Release me from the way that we separate and think we are better that what life brings. Release my harmful judgments so I can see how to learn about love.

Your body is a very good guide to how and what you are feeling. When traveling stop and notice. What is your body trying to convey to you. What does your eye movement say, what does your hands convey, how are your shoulders, what does your posture tell you? Observe your body language and you can learn a lot. What is your body trying to tell you? How do you deal with that information?

So often, all the anger and fear that can arise in traveling, comes from feeling like you are out of control.
You may not be able to control many circumstances that happen, but you do always have a choice on how you perceive them and the attitude with which you deal with them. Try seeing every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.Rather than struggling and fighting with a situation try looking at it as a problem to solve.

Imagine a Garden in Heaven, Let it be a place of Peace. Picture the Radiant Light there that calms your restless mind . Let yourself just dwell there, amidst the flowers and streams. Let it be a place you hold in your heart and dreams. Imagine blossoms of roses, Falling gently from above, their fragrance calms your senses and fills you with great love. Remember you can always find Heaven in your Mind, And be in the garden of Heaven whenever you find the time.

Prayer is the most commonly used “alternative medicine,” according to a survey of more than 31,000 adults released by the National Institutes of Health in 2004 - more popular than acupuncture, chiropractic, yoga and vitamins. According to the agency, prayer is considered a “mind-body therapy.” There is wonderful comfort and power in prayer. If you encounter a situation that is overwhelming and downright scary you will find that it will help to take a few moments to go inside and pray. Have a conversation with God. Ask for guidance and protection. Don’t be afraid to ask for guidance and help. God is there for you and the spark of his light and love are there with you always to call on.
