When you are in transit, you are under a huge amount of stress.
The mind can often just turn off the warning signs and feelings
of anger, fear, worry and impatience. You are in an unaccustomed setting trying to find where you going. And the body is being worked overtime with baggage to lift and carry. So once you get to the waiting room or plane
take some time to distress, to breathe, to relax, to scan the body and do some stretches. Get to being ok.
