Do you know where you tend to hold tension in the body? Do a body scan and feel where you might be tight. Is it your shoulders, neck, jaws, forehead, eyes, lower back, stomach, or legs? Usually people have one place they hold the most tension. And from there the rest of the body is affected. If you find your main source of tension, you can give it extra attention, massage it, breathe into it, and stretch it out. Let it get extra attention when you travel.
