There comes a time to
Let go of trying
Let go of planning
let go of expectations
and just be
sometimes all of the plans
 will not take into account what happens in life
and then it is good to let go
and just go with the flow

Practice Acceptance.

Start by just accepting where you are.

Bring your Soul Centered self into being Present with the

Attitude of Acceptance.

Whatever your situation you can bring your presence

Into being accepting.

Let go of any frustration, and feel and know

That you and your Spirit can survive anything.

There is no right or wrong.

There is just this now moment.

Be grateful and Accept the gift of being here and Now.

With a Breath I call on all the Light

That waits inside of me

With a Breath I ask for inner strength

To find a way to be

For I am always free to choose

To take that breath

And restore the peace

To set me free

With a Breath I step back from the Storm

Of such insanity

I call on Love I call on Light

Which always works for me

And I remember the Breath

I remember the Way

To bring back the Peace

And return to a Place of sanity

Notice the Light where you are. Every artist know light is different everywhere in the world. There are infinite tones of light all vibrating with different frequencies. Notice the light where you are. Feel the light and let it fill you with its energy. Call it into your soul, let it feed you and fill every part of you. Listen to the Sound of this Light. Let it surround and encircle you. Breathe it into your being. Attune to it and feel the Life in this Light.

Invite your Guardian Angel to be with you

Take three deep Clearing breaths,

And go inside to your soul.

Invite your Guardian Angel to be Present with you.

Feel that Divine Presence and Feel that you are protected.

Feel and absorb the Love and Light that your Angel has for you.

Let yourself believe and accept the Blessings your Angel brings.

Release any worry, any fear, any tension and stress.

Know that in this Now moment you are alright, you are loved

And everything is fine.

Breathe in Perfect Peace, Calm, Love and Joy and let it fill you.

Give great thanks to your Angel and send them your Love and Light.

Go Within

Take some time to stop, be still and go within.
Go to the inner place where the I am that I am dwells.
See yourself in a Golden room that Shimmers with Light.
Become one with that radiant Light,
Breathe it in, and let it refresh and renew and restore you.
Let that light shine like the Sun behind your heart.
Feel it amplify your hearts Love with the Love of God,
Dwell there in Your Soul
And Be Still and Know that You are One with the Light and Love of God.
Give thanks it is so.

Set an Intention

With Every trip  you have a chance to make Dreams come true.

It helps if you set an Intention for your Journey.

Take a moment and set an intention for your trip.

Breathe in three deep and complete breaths.

Go inside to the Still point in your Soul.

Let your Highest Self choose an Intention that is for your highest good..

See that intention Surrounded in a Brilliant Ball of Light.

Place that Ball of Light in a Golden Chalice.

See the Chalice lifted up to the One Radiant Source of God.

See it Blessed and accepted.

Let the Blessings of that intention pour back down from the Chalice

in a cascade radiant rainbows of Light.

Let that light fill your Soul, Mind, Heart and Body.

Embrace the Light, Breathe in the Light, Believe in that Intention.

Be open to any way it might be fulfilled.

Accept that With God all things are Possible

And Give thanks to God and so it is.

For in this Now moment as you believe it you are blessed. Let your God Self come through your soul and be present. And Ask that God’s Blessings Protect you and your loved ones. Give great thanks for these Blessings from God, And with a smile in your Heart know that God and his Angels are there with you, alive in the Love and Light of your soul every Moment of Everyday and in Every Way.

A Chance

Take Some time, when you have it,

To give yourself a Chance to detach.

Detach from your everyday life and all the worry

And drama that you may have invested and bought into.

Give yourself a Chance to have a higher perspective,

As you would view the world from high in the Clouds

Looking down on all the passing dreams of People in the World below.

Give yourself a Chance to be free to Change your state of mind.

To release your burdons and clear away anything that has been weighing you down.

And Give your self a chance to Retreat,

And see your life Objectively, from your Souls perspective,

Be in a Place of being All Right. Breathe In that Space

And let all of the Light from your Soul Fill you with peace.

Give yourself a Chance to Enjoy the Journey,

And to be open to having a New experience,

With a New Perspective, and Reset your Way of Thinking to Now.

Give your self a Chance and know that your deserve it.

For it is a great Practice to be able to Leave the World Behind,

As we all will someday.

Give yourself a Chance To see the True beauty and Wonders of the World that is beyond what you may have known. To allow your self to Have a new beginning.

So smile, and Give thanks for your life and all you have done,

And all that is waiting for you when you give yourself a Chance.

Leave Space for Life to Happen

While you’re on your Journey

Let Life’s magic come to you,

Leave a little space between all things you do.

Be open to the Mysteries and all that they may bring

Leave some time between your plans

  to let Life happen and find what’s new.

There’s so much more in this world that’s out there,

Beyond what we might know

So be open for the Journey

And ways you might not know

All the people and the places

Beyond your itinerary,

Can be the best part of your trip

And teach you more than the books you bring.

You may find adventure, you may find a friend,

You may find a different perspective

 and a new understanding of everything.

So leave a little space and leave a little time,

Let the angels guide you

And open up your mind.

As you venture out into the world

There are So many amazing things in humankind

Life is out there calling,

So leave some space for

what’s there for you to find.

Practicing Aloha

I'm so excited to announce that Practicing Aloha made it to the final nominations for a Hoku in the Compilation category..

This is such an honor and I want to thank everyone involved for their help in making this possible.

I plan to be going over the weekend of May 28th and 29th. The award ceremonies will televised on May 29th at 7:30 . If anyone is planning to go I would love to be able to arrange a way we can connect while there.

If there is any way you can think of to help promote the vote which ends May 6th I would really appreciate your suggestions. As you know this project was made possible with many people's help and it is really wonderful to see it recognized by the professionals in the industry.

What is the Price of Freedom?

The Price of Freedom

When the Soul calls out to be Free,
When the Heart Knows that it is time
To fulfill God’s Destiny,
Then the seed born of the pure energy of Love
Pushes forth to BE.

Yet What is the Price that is Paid
For the Precious Flower of Freedom?

the Nurturing of the roots,
the clearing of the Weeds,
Allows the Sun to let the Bud grow
Into the precious flower of Freedom.

Freedom has never been free.
Yet, how long can the call of the heart be denied ?
The world awakens to what has always
Been a brighter dream of what might be.
A new vision for all to inspire a harvest of Hope
For all of the people of the world.

And the World watches and waits.
And the people Pray.
As the call for God’s true purpose comes
To be fulfilled.
With arms raised high to the sky,
We look and hear the question asked
What is the Price of Freedom?

Throughout the World
The Cry of Freedom is heard

The Smoldering Fire now’s
a brilliant Light that may
ignite the darkness with truth
it burns and as humanity prays

Hearts on Fire Now cry out to be heard
Too long the suffering has been ignored
Many questions on the way
The world is changing everyday

Old ways are slipping and falling away
The time has now come
it is here today

Hearts on Fire
Hoping for a say
Who can lead them without fear
When money controls the motives here

Always a price has to be paid
Or the chance that beckons will fade away

Pray for the ones who cry and ask Why
Pray for the lives
And the ones who have died

The world and it’s people are ready to try
To throw off all chains
They will not be denied

Hearts on fire, Beg to be free
God lead them and protect them
In all that they need

The Truth is Universal

One of the great gifts of traveling is experiencing teh commom bond of all living beings. There are threads that tie us all together.
I wrote this about that subject.

The Truth is Universal

As I journey on the Road of Life
A Whole new World to See,
Surrounded by new places
And so many different ways to be,

As I look into the Hearts and the Eyes I do Believe,
That there are Truths Universal
That are the Same in you and me.

Not the Same languages
Or the same ways to make money,
Not the same food to eat
Or similar culture to be.

Yet there is a Similar Spirit
There is the Same love that’s there.
There is the same deep caring
In what we’re all doing here.
There are things that are universal
And they shall always be.
There is the same Light that’s in the Eyes
Of every human being.
There is a Cry to be heard
When there world a falls apart.
There is a common thread
That lives in each and every heart.
We may not speak the same language
We may not live the same way.
Yet there’s a common Brotherhood
That ties us together every day.
Although are ways are different
Some truth will always ring true.
Look for that deep oneness
That’s in the love in me and you.
Look for the light in every soul
That’s seeking to be free.
There is a common brotherhood
Alive in you and me.

Practicing Aloha While Traveling

So here are a few tips that you can remind yourself of when you want to practice Aloha when traveling.

1. Practice random acts of kindness.
2. Smile
3. Look into the person you’re talking to’s eyes.
4. Say thank you
5. Ask how someone is doing
6. Ask if you can help if you see someone struggling
7. Let someone get in line in front of you
8. Offer to help a struggling parent out
9. Help someone lift that heavy piece of luggage
10. Offer gum or mints
11. Give someone your seat if they need it
12. Take that picture of a happy couple for them
13. Send Love and Light out
14. Give someone who is lost directions
15. Offer someone your magazine or paper when your done
16. If someone is going to a place you’ve been share what you know
17. Compliment someone
18. Pay for someone else’s drink
19. Be present
20. Give a nice tip to the shuttle driver or porter
21. Be very patient
