We are the agents of the Angels, We can bring their blessings to life And The Angels are God’s agents Of such great Love and Light And when you are in need They come and stand by you And when you need protection They smile and see you through. Give thanks to all the Angels And the Multitude of Guides That are there to be of service And eternally do abide. Laptops are not allowed in the seat pockets .Laptops, ipads, kindles every DAY in the seat pockets after people have deplaned! they are not always found on cleanup of plane and can be easily stolen by next person at seat. If they are found why not make it easy to be returned to you. Put your name and phone number and there is a chance you just might get it back.
“Heavenly Father, I ask You to give me and every person I pray for today traveling mercies and to deliver us safely to our destinations. I ask You to loose Your angels to go before us and to protect us and to force all darkness and all destructive forces away from us. If Your angels have to manifest themselves to protect us, please let them do so. Amen!“

Most people underestimate the amount of water they should drink while flying.
It is suggested that you should drink 8 Oz of water for each hour of flying.
Water helps get rid of toxins, keeps the brain healthy and it helps offset jet lag. It also helps with fatigue and the dryness we experience from air pressure.
It does help to get a bottle of water after you’ve gone through security.
You are much more likely to drink more if you have that water handy.
So drink lots of water!

You are Flying!

Most people never take any time to just stop and experience the fact that they are flying.
On a small plane you can’t avoid that experience. But Big planes are designed with so many distraction tha you often don’t stop to really experience and feel that you are at 33,000–49,000 feet  in the air flying at approximately 550 mph.
It is really pretty miraculous. So take just a few moments to stop and
Feel the experience.

The majority of commercial aircraft are designed to be pressurized to the equivalent of an elevation of 6,000 to 8,000 feet about 11 pounds per square inch. This decreased pressure environment diminishes our bodies’ ability to absorb oxygen. Passengers may experience fatigue, nausea, headaches, sleeplessness, and (on extended flights) even pulmonary oedema.  Also, you may find when you start to stress out you are breathing very shallowly. One way to instantly get into the Now is by breathing. Taking deep breaths will calm your mind, give you that more of that oxygen you need and relax your body and mind.  REMEMBER
TO BREATHE>

When you are going through TSA and security
it really helps to take a few breaths and say to yourself
FOCUS.
This is where things can can lost or stolen.
So take extra care and take a moment to check
you have everything with you after it's been scanned.
If you are traveling with someone have them go through
scanning a few minutes before you so
they can watch your stuff if you are delayed with body scans.

Take a few breaths and go within
There is a Safe house in your soul,
Where you can be clear,
And let all your worries go.
Be in the Silence and you will find,

Restoring input

When you travel you are bombarded with
Huge amounts of energy that you need to output.
and all the while you are also receiving a massive
amounts of sensory input.
The sounds of a plane, what you need to see just to get
where you are going, the bad air you breathe, the junk food you eat and caffeine you drink all can easily deplete and exhaust you.
All of this can take away your energy and make you sick.
Take some time to breathe, relax and restore yourself.
Wear a soothing eye mask, drink lots of bottled water and go within.
