Most people underestimate the amount of water they should
drink while flying.
It is suggested that you should drink 8 Oz of water for each
hour of flying.
Water helps get rid of toxins, keeps the brain healthy and it
helps offset jet lag. It also helps with fatigue and the dryness we experience
from air pressure.
It does help to get a bottle of water after you’ve gone
through security.
You are much more likely to drink more if you have that
water handy.
So drink lots of water!
